Park Sydney Medical Practice is pleased to advise that we are an approved vaccination provider for the Pfizer (Adult and Children's) and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines.

COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics

As the vaccine arrives in multi-dose vials, we will be running dedicated COVID-19 vaccination clinics in order to prevent vaccine wastage.

 

These clinics are for the administration of the COVID-19 Vaccine only. The COVID-19 vaccine can not be given other than at these clinics.

 

If you have any questions or other health concerns, please make a separate appointment with your doctor BEFORE your COVID -19 vaccination appointment. 

 

If you have had another vaccine in the 7 days before your COVID-19 vaccine appointment, please let us know as we will need to reschedule your appointment.
