Changes to our bulk billing policy 28 August 2023

We appreciate you have entrusted your care to our practice and this has been an extremely difficult decision we have had to make.
Unfortunately we are no longer able to bulk bill patients.
We are an independently run practice which strives to provide comprehensive healthcare to our patients. Over recent years, the costs of running a medical practice have been escalating and the current Medicare rebates are insufficient and do not cover or reflect the true cost of providing quality healthcare to our patients.
We will continue to bulk bill children under 16 and patients with a valid pension or health care card on weekdays. Please provide reception with your concession card if you have not already done so.
This has been a difficult decision for us, however if we do not implement these changes the practice will not be sustainable into the future.
