Christmas Holiday Closure

We will be closed from Wednesday 24 December 2025 and reopening on Monday 5 January 2026.


If you are experiencing a Medical Emergency, please go to your nearest Emergency Department or the following urgent care clinics: 


Our phone messages and emails will not be attended to until the 5th of January 2026.


If you wish to make an appointment when we reopen, you can do this via our website or via the HotDoc App.

Better Consult

BetterConsult is a secure pre-consultation questionnaire your doctor may use to gather essential information about your history, symptoms, and current medications before your appointment.


Key Benefits:

  • Privacy and Accuracy: You have the time and privacy to answer questions more accurately.


  • Maximise Your Time: By completing the questionnaire beforehand, your doctor can spend more of your appointment discussing treatment options, answering questions, and focusing on your health outcomes.


  • Convenient: Before your visit, you may receive a text message with a safe link to the online questionnaire. If you have any doubts about the link, please contact our Reception team.


  • Confidential: All your responses are private, confidential, and automatically deleted from the secure platform within 72 hours.


How does it work?


You will receive an SMS from our practice the day before your appointment (or immediately if your appointment is within 24 hours of booking) with a link to your pre-consultation questionnaire.


When you receive the SMS, simply

  1. Click the secure link in the SMS

  2. Complete the BetterConsult questionnaire


Important update regarding fees

Important Update Regarding Consultation Fees


To ensure we can maintain the high quality of care you expect, please be advised that our standard consultation fees will increase effective 1 January 2026.


The Government introduced new Bulk Billing Practice Incentive Payments starting 1 November 2025. While this is a welcome and positive step, the incentive alone does not fully cover the rising operational costs associated with delivering top-tier care and new taxes introduced by the government, we must continue to charge an out-of-pocket fee for some consultations.


This fee structure is essential for us to continue providing excellent care to our community.
