• Sore/Scratchy throat;

• Runny nose;

• Cough;

• Ear ache;

• Loss of taste or smell; or

• Generalised aches and fatigue;

PLEASE SHOW A NEGATIVE  RAPID ANTIGEN  TEST RESULT WITHIN THE LAST 24 HOURS.
