Telehealth Consultations

Patients are now able to book telehealth consultations with their doctor.

Please ensure your phone number is correct. Your doctor will attempt to contact you by phone at your appointment time. Please note, your doctor may be running late. If it has been over 30 minutes past your appointment, please call reception.

Prescriptions, referrals, medical certificates, laboratory and radiology referrals will be done via fax or email for telehealth consultations.

We will continue to see patients in person where a physical examination is required. Childhood and influenza immunisations will continue as usual.

If you feel that you need to see your doctor in person, you can make a face to face appointment via our website or by calling reception.

Telehealth Consultation Fees

Patients with a valid medicare card and who have attended an in person appointment at the practice within the last 12 months will be eligible for a medicare rebate.

If you do not have a valid medicare card or have not attended our practice for an in person appointment within the last 12 months, private telehealth fees will apply. Please refer to our fees page for further information.
