This policy outlines how Park Sydney Medical Practice ("the Practice") uses social media and how patients can interact with us online. Currently the Practice does not maintain a presence on social media platforms, patients are invited to contact the Practice directly. However the following policy will apply should this change.

The Practice may maintain a presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) to share general health information, news, and updates about the Practice.


The Practice's social media pages are not intended for providing individual medical advice or discussing specific patient concerns.


3. Patient Interaction

No Direct Responses to Medical Queries: The Practice does not respond to direct messages or comments on social media regarding personal health information or medical concerns.


Confidentiality: Patients are reminded not to share any personal health information on the Practice's social media pages. All health-related communication should be done directly with the Practice through established channels (phone, in-person appointments, secure patient portal).


Feedback and Enquiries: Patients are welcome to provide general feedback or non-medical enquiries by contacting the Practice directly.
