New Patients

We ask all new patients book a 30 minute appointment for their first appointment. This will give our doctor time to discuss and document your medical history.

We are a private billing practice. Please refer to our fees page for further information.

 

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete the New Patient Registration form. Alternatively, you can complete the form here.

 

Please bring your medicare card and any concession cards to your appointment.

Newborns

 

We ask that a 45 minute appointment be booked for newborns for their 6 week check and immunisation. We also ask you book a 15 minute appointment following for the mother if required.

 

A concession fee may be charged for newborns without a valid medicare card.
